This needs repeating, because I got ahead of myself... A pink or peach gloss or lipstick that has a touch of gold will look gorgeous on Indian skin tones!!! Try to stay away from plain browns or very muted colors, like a light beige by itself. Unless you have a really dark smokey eye, then muted glossy beige lips could work. Light colors look great when it is lightly applied on your lower lip after you finish your lips. Indian beauty can carry off the deep reds and deep wines very well if that is what you are looking for. Whether you choose a great matte lipstick or a very high gloss, the choice is yours. Try them all and see what works best for your own style!!! Quick Tip: If you choose to use a pencil, be careful not to over do the lip liner. The liner should not stand out, but blended nicely with the lip color you choose.
